Cta Subscriber Agreement

The CTA agreement document will be developed exclusively by the team partners and presented to the buyer as part of the response to the request. The GSA recommends addressing at least the following points of the agreement (additional elements may be added by the team to ensure a clear and concise document): The CTA team agreement should identify the role and responsibility of each team member for the work done at the order level. These roles and responsibilities are defined by the team, not the government. ”Contractor Team Agreement” means the written agreement between the team members that details the responsibilities of the team and each team member. The order activity must evaluate the team`s agreement as follows: According to a CTA of annexes, each team member maintains the confidentiality of the contract and is responsible for his part of the work according to the conditions set out in his schedule contract. The contracts in the GSA Annex include clause I-FSS-40, Contractor Team Arrangements, which states that contractors who participate in contractor team agreements must comply with all the terms of their respective contracts. ”Team Leader” means the Contractor designated as the leader whose responsibilities have been set out in the CCA Agreement. The Schedule CTA does not create a separate legal entity, but allows Schedule Contractors to meet buyer`s requirements by combining the deliveries and/or services of the separate Schedule Agreement of each team member in response to a buyer`s solicitation for a quote. Government buyers must accurately meet and report on their small business targets, including accurate reporting to the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS). When forming a team in response to the closure of a small business, all team members must respect the socio-economic status of set-aside and restrictions on subcontracting (FAR 52.219-14) apply. == References ===== External links ===Small business team members must perform at least 50% of the value of the work to be done. A GSA Schedule Contractor Team Agreement (CTA) is an agreement in which two or more GSA Schedule contractors join forces to provide a complete solution to a customer`s needs. Under the Annex ATAs, contractors complement each other, allowing teams to compete for jobs for which they may not be independently qualified.

GSA encourages the use of CTAs to meet buyer requirements. The CTA differs from a partnership between a prime contractor and a subcontractor in that all team members are equal parties. Other important differences are listed below: NOTE: FAR 9.6, Contractor Team Arrangements, does not apply to the GSA Annexes. According to GSA`s schedules, Teaming allows entrepreneurs to use their individual GSA calendars to develop a solution for the government. ”Team Member” means any Contractor designated as a member of the Team who performs the duties described in the CTA Agreement. Each member must have their own GSA schedule contract and offer part of the solution through the contract. The following terms and definitions apply to the association of GSA Schedules: ”Contractor Team Arrangement” means a Contractor Team Arrangement (CTA) of the Federal Supply Annex in which an agreement is entered into between two or more Schedule Contractors who work together to meet the Agency`s requirements. Contractors can set CTAs before each known application or after the requirements are published. The CTA agreement must be submitted with the tender for review and evaluation by the buyer.

Purchasers are responsible for accurately achieving and reporting on their objectives for small businesses, including accurate reporting to the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS). Under CTAs, each contractor has the confidentiality of the contract with the purchasing activity. When a GSA Schedules contract is awarded to a CTA, small business contract performance is based on the amount of dollar work that small business contractors perform as part of the order. Currently, FPDS only accepts information about one contractor per order. The purchaser must determine which CTA member is the paramount revenue from an order and report that contractor`s information to FPDS. .
