Director Appointment Agreement

The Board of Directors has decided that the individual will be offered a position as a director of the Corporation. The appointment is made in accordance with the articles of the Company. The role of the Director includes: attending all meetings of the Board of Directors, attending General Meetings, attending strategic planning meetings, assuming director positions in subsidiaries as required. Letter of appointment of the general manager of the company indicating the term of office, remuneration and general duties.
