Professional Counseling Informed Consent Form Tennessee

The Board shall adopt rules following specific notification obligations and consultations. Both have the force of law and can be used in the regulation of a profession. The statutes of this council can be found in Appendices T.C.A. 63-1 (Committees of the Ministry of Health) and T.C.A. 63-22 (Professional Counsellors, Marriage and Family Therapists and Clinical Pastoral Therapists).
